Salvaging a broken floor mop
See how it's done
Why
I created the first video here because I got so sick and tired of seeing so much waste in the rubbish bins here in Sydney. People treat anything that does not work "properly" anymore as waste or rubbish. It's a shame. We all have been given a brain but apparently very few of us are willing to use it. It has been said that most people only use 5% of their brain's capacity. Is that why we are here for on earth? Or is there a better and more sustainable way to live and roam the earth without destroying it intentionally or unintentionally because we're just too lazy to think? How much do we still have to pollute our own precious planet before we stop blaming other people and businesses and start pointing the finger at ourselves and actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?
As The English Teacher in Hong Kong, I remember I was once teaching an 11-year-old girl who shared great wisdom with me. I was pointing at her for some reason, you know how that goes, my gestures sometimes are everywhere, unknowingly. Then she pointed out to me:
"Mr David, when you point your finger at someone, remember that there are 3 fingers pointing back at you!"
Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with me, Rainbow Choi!
I will never forget you and your message. And now I have the opportunity to share it with thousands, perhaps millions.
Stay amazing!
